Thank You God For Online Shopping

Maybe it's the fact that I'm older, maybe cranky, most definitely impatient, but I can't stand to be out in stores shopping anymore. Well, at certain times that is. Years ago I was one of those people in line outside a store, in the pitch black, 10 degree weather, waiting for my Black Friday to begin. But no more. No how no way! Really this isn't just about this time of year either, although the stress is heightened with holiday shopping. There's all the arguing, complaining, name-calling, eye-rolling... Then once I bring my family home and go back out I potentially have to deal with the same thing from strangers. Nowadays I will get up at the crack of dawn and head out to the intended retail outlet just so I can avoid shopping with the late sleepers. Fortunately this year almost 100% of the gifts I'll give will be handmade. I still have to buy supplies but my suppliers are all in cyberspace. {big grin}

Amen to that! I spend less online too since I can't stop in all of the neighboring stores!
