I can't say which is better, but I have always gotten my parents Kodak because the program that comes with it is easy to use.
But from my own experience, don't buy something that is on sale/clearance (like on sale because they don't make it anymore) because my camera was on sale and then it broke - TWICE- and since they don't make it anymore it was such a pain to get fixed. Especially since it broke the first time I tried to use it!
If you go in and explain what you're looking for, they'll let you know.

Give Frank a call at Crown Camera or email him. http://www.crowncamerashop.com/
He is really good about finding out what you need, what options will best fit your needs and then find you the best deal.
He's a sweetie and has lots of answers. I think they have an 800#.
I have a little casio, love it! Small but has a large viewing window, real easy to operate.
Great! Thanks for the lead.
Hi Blossom,
I have a Olympus, and I love it. It's really easy to use and didn't cost that much ... I forgot how much, since I bought it a couple years ago.
Before this one, I had a FugiFilm, and that was very inexpensive and a really easy and great camera. HTH
I have a contest going on at my blog, if you'd like to drop in and take a guess. :-)

A canon powershot, very comfortable to hold, a good macro and great assistance, I have 2 of that type and can't live without them! Hope to be usefull!
Thanks Diana & Fabiana. I'll look into both of those as well.
